I have been a customer of State Farm for well over 10 years. Recently my car was totaled. I called the office and informed them that I no longer had a car and no longer need to be insurance. There seem to be a communication problem ! I stopped paying the Bill. as I did not have a vehicle for a couple of months. I was looking for another car and when I found one, it was a Saturday and I used the after hours State Farm people to try and set up new insurance for my new vehicle and they would not give me insurance based on the fact that my insurance was canceled for nonpayment. However, the State Farm billing department had already told me that they would refund my February payment because I did not have a vehicle to ensure. In order to drive my new car off the lot I had to go with a different insurance agency and they were close to $70 a month or less and State Farm
